If you've got a banneton on your counter and an opinion about crumb structure, this mug was basically made for you. It's the kind of thing you notice on someone's shelf and immediately want to know where they got it.
The artwork shows a round scored sourdough boule mid-flip out of a ribbed linen-lined proofing basket, flour dust scattering across a dark wooden board beneath it. There are two of these vignettes side by side, and the whole thing has that warm tan-and-brown palette of a loaf right before it goes into the oven. It's got a vintage distressed texture to it, like something you'd find in an old bakery advertisement, but in a way that actually looks good on a mug.
It comes in 11oz and 15oz, so you can pick whichever suits your morning routine. Both sizes are dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
