If you're in the thick of pumping sessions and running on coffee and determination, this mug gets it. It's the kind of thing you put on your kitchen counter and feel like someone actually sees what you're doing every day.
The design features two mirrored coloured-pencil illustrations of breast pump flanges sitting on milk collection jars, each one paired with a little bouquet of lavender tied with twine. The whole thing has a warm, rustic feel — tan and burnt orange tones, soft lavender purple, a kraft paper background that makes it look genuinely hand-drawn. Centered between the two vignettes in a bold serif font are the words "PUMPED AND PROUD", which, yes, exactly.
It comes in 11oz and 15oz, so you can pick your poison depending on how much coffee you need to get through a pumping session. Both sizes are dishwasher and microwave safe.
