If you work the night shift — or you know someone who does — you already understand what this mug is about. It's for the people who clock in when everyone else is asleep and keep things moving without any applause. The kind of worker who doesn't need recognition, just a decent coffee before the next round starts.
The artwork shows a lone worker in a hi-vis vest at an industrial control panel, his back to you, both hands on the console. Overhead, a single lamp throws a warm orange cone of light down onto him and the wet factory floor. The surrounding machinery fades into dark navy and black, and bold distressed text in amber orange fills the left side of the image. The words printed on the mug are "WORLD RUNS, YOU STAY" — and if you've ever worked a factory night shift, that'll land. The halftone grain texture gives it a screen-print feel, all grit and contrast.
It comes in two sizes — 11oz if you like a focused cup, 15oz if you need the bigger hit. Both are dishwasher safe and microwave safe, so it'll survive actual daily use rather than sitting in a cupboard.
It's a solid thing to buy for yourself or for someone who'd genuinely get it. Not everyone works in the daylight, and this one's for the ones who don't.
